Head chef, René Marcellin, disciple of the one who was called " the king of the cooks and the cook of the kings": Auguste Escoffier. Little dishes he makes for you are from the Provençal and French Great Cooking, they will surprise you by their authenticity and their originality.

Is it useful to specify that farm produces will have the place of honour in your plate ?

To give you an appetite ; here are some of our specialities : smoked raw ham of lamb, comté of Provence (speciality with fig), brouillade (scrambled eggs) with truffle, crouissés with mushrooms and black truffles etc.
